Koneksi Ubuntu dengan Sierra 881U + Telkomsel Flash

Ceritanya kemarin dapat rejeki tambahan, trus ngelobi bunda untuk beli modem dan diijinkan. Thanx bunda. So, tadi pagi sampai pabrik langsung kontak Budi mBethil nanyain stok modem. Katanya yang Huawei E220 sedang kosong. hiks … Akhirnya pilihan jatuh pada Sierra Wireless 881U. Rada ragu juga sih bakal kedetek gag ama ubuntu, kalo Huawei E220 sudah pernah nyoba dan berhasil kedetek dengan baik.
Ok, buka bungkus, masukin sim card, pasang batere trus colokin. Coba test pake lsusb
$ lsusb

Fyuh, kedetek. Lanjut dech setting wvdial

Found a modem on /dev/ttyUSB0.

Ok, sampai sini sepertinya tidak ada masalah, tinggal edit file /etc/wvdial.conf, karena pake telkomsel flash disini gw pasang APN internet
